Sherlock Holmes
I’ve been watching the BBC’s program, Sherlock, which is a modern version of the classic Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson mysteries. The first three episodes can be found on iTunes and the BBC is preparing to present more episodes. The mysteries take place in modern-day London with contemporary story lines with quite a bit of action and intrigue. I look forward to seeing more episodes and highly recommend the series.

BBC America
Have you grown tired of the shows on American television? I’ve discovered that
BBC America has some interesting shows. I’ve been watching
Law and Order UK and
Luther. By watching these British shows, you can get a glimpse of life in England and British slang. I wonder how long it will be before I’ll be saying words like bloke, blimey, snog, trainspotter, nosh or nipper.
