I have recently completed my Cascading Style Sheets class at Santa Rosa Jr. College. This course not only teaches HTML and XHTML, but also how to organize content into div tags, and then use CSS to create a layout pattern for text or image, to format text, colorize areas of the screen and add paddings, margins and borders. My Homework Page includes links to all of my assignments. {
This is the first post in this blog. I’ve decided to use the Thesis Theme. I have read quite a bit about it on the internet and I like the idea of being able to change the style.css by way of the Thesis Custom Styling sheet. I am not an expert in html or css, but I think I’ll be able to increase my knowledge by using this Theme. In addition to the theme, I chose to use the” Straight Shooter” skin from Thesis Themes.com, and modify it. Since I am new to WordPress, I hope and expect this site to be constantly evolving as I learn more.
