I haven’t posted any menus lately because I’ve been eating basically the same every day with slight variations.

Breakfast:
Egg Muffins
Bacon or Sausage
Coffee

Lunch:
Salad In A Jar

Dinner:
Chicken, Beef or Fish
Salad

Snack:
Pistachios or
Almonds

Dessert:
3 Minute chocolate cake or
Sugarless Jello with Whipped Cream

Low Carb Menu

A new year, and a new start. I have a few holiday pounds to shed. I’m going to eat mostly meat and eggs for the next week. It always helps to post my daily menus, so here goes. This is what i ate today.

Breakfast
2 Eggs
2 Sausage links
Coffee

Dinner
3/4 lb. Grass-fed ground beef

Snack
Pepperoni slices
Diet soda

P.S. It gets rather tedious posting daily menus, but I’m going to be eating mainly meat, vegetables, and low glycemic fruits.

I thought it was time to get back on track and adhere more strictly to my low-carb diet. While I haven’t gained more than a couple of pounds, I would like to weigh a few pounds less. It helps to keep track of what I’m eating from day to day.

Breakfast
2 Eggs
3 Bacon strips
2 Onion slices

Dinner
Chicken and cauliflower
Diet Soda

Snack
1.5 oz almonds

Dessert
Strawberries and whipped cream

Taco seasoned ground beef with onions, tomatoes and shredded cheese

Strawberries and blackberries with whipped cream
2 sugarless candies

I’ve not had time or inclination to post any menus lately because I’ve been busy, and not adhering strictly to my low carb diet as I should. I’ve decided to post my menus and to start watching my carb intake more carefully. So, here goes another day of low carb eating, which is the only way that I can eat and not gain any weight.

Breakfast
2 eggs, scrambled with cheese
3 bacon strips
Sliced onion

Dinner
Taco seasoned ground beef with onions, tomatoes, shredded cheese and lettuce

Dessert
Flourless chocolate cake
Coffee
