The Millennium Trilogy

The Millennium Trilogy

It seems like everyone is reading Stieg Larsson’s Millennium Trilogy. The three books are: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Played with Fire, and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest. I’ve just finished the first two, and plan on starting the third one tomorrow. Each book is about a 4’11″, 90 lb. tattooed girl, who is a computer genius, but also a social misfit, called Lisbeth Salander. She becomes involved in several murder investigations and a dangerous cat and mouse game. The books are very fast paced and hard to put down once you start reading.

The New York Times Quote: “One of the most original and memorable heroines to surface in a recent thriller.” and the San Francisco Chronicle: “It is intricately plotted, lavishly detailed but written with a breakneck pace and verve.” So, if you have yet to pick up one of these books, I’d recommend getting all three because after you read the first, you’re going to want the other two asap.
