Derrick Story
Last Saturday I went to an all-day digital workshop featuring Derrick Story, a professional photographer, writer and teacher. He is a regular presenter on
Lynda.com and
The Digital Story Podcast. He has also written several books. The latest are:
The Photoshop CS4 Companion for Photographers and The Digital Photography Companion. Both books are on
Amazon. I enjoyed the presentation and learned how to take better photographs with my new
Canon 50D.

Happy Valentines Day
Happy Valentine’s Day (tomorrow). Don’t eat too much candy, or you’ll feel miserable. Also, remember flowers are pretty, but they’ll be dead in a week. The best gift, imo, is jewelry!!
